LG is changing all that, as LG Electronics has announced world’s smallest wireless charger-WCP 300 at Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona.

Wireless charging of mobile devices is the next big thing that will definitely see in this year. The thin and sleek wireless charger delivers maximum charging performance and user convenience. WCP-300 is just 6.9 cm in diameter makes the device portable. It is entirely compatible with Qi wireless charging standard.Apart from small size, the charging area is 1.7 times wider than LG’s previous generation wireless charger, means it would not be any difficulty to find that contact point between the two devices.

The new model is compatible with 5 pin micro-USB standard, provides a full power feed to the device using a standard microUSB connection. LG noted in a press release,” The WCP-300 employs electromagnetic induction technology and is Qi certified by the Wireless Power Consortium.
