RIM (Research In Motion) and Airtel has announced the launch of new BlackBerry Curve 9360 Smartphone in India at an event held in New Delhi.
The new smartphone from BlackBerry is slim and ergonomically designed that makes it stylish and attractive. It is equipped with a keyboard that offers comfortable, accurate and easy typing. It is also equipped with trackpad along with GPS and Wi-Fi capabilities. The 5MP camera of this phone comes with flash and video recording capabilities. This BlackBerry supports microSD/SDHC cards up to 32GB additional storage capacity. In terms of performance, the phone intends to deliver ultimate performance. It is powered by BlackBerry 7 operating system along with upgraded processor, display and memory. The phone also features NFC (Near Field Communications) to extend capabilities of phone. With NFC users can pair their BlackBerry Curve 9360 smartphone easily with other NFC-enabled devices or accessories. Optionally they can read SmartPoster tags with single knock on the smartphone.

BlackBerry 7 OS includes Documents To Go Premium version, native PDF document viewer, BlackBerry Protect enables data backup and secure in the cloud. The BlackBerry Protect allows users to locate their misplaced BlackBerry smartphone using GPS technology.
