Lenovo S920, Based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Introduced

China based Mobile maker Lenovo has launched S920 in the market. S929 comes with quite big display of 5.3 inch and that with HD quality. Interestingly it runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The device has spotted at Lenovo’s China webstore earlier this week; however, it is not available for purchase at this time. This is Lenovo’s most fastest smartphone till date and also the first phone that runs on Jelly Bean.

Under the hood,  it has powered by the 1.2 GHz quad-core Mediatek processor, that Micromax Canvas HD sports. Coupled with 1 GB RAM and the company has said to be eyeing the mid-range consumer group with the S920. For capturing crystal clear shots S920 sports an 8 MP rear camera and 2 MP front-facing shooter for video calling etc. In the connectivity genre,  the phone will offer its support for features like Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, micro-USB etc. Last but not the least Lenovo has loaded the S920 with a 2,250 mAh battery which provides sufficient battery in one time charging. The phone will also come with a case which is 7mm thin.

Availability and Price

The company has not given any clarification on the availability for S920 outside of China, but with Lenovo already offering its high-end smartphone, we expect the S920 to reach the Indian stores in the coming months. This could offer tough competition to existing brands like Micromax, Xolo, Karbonn and Lava in the country.
