Security of the women have become a serious issue after Delhi Rape case which left the whole country in shock, like this many similar cases of crime are going on. After viewing all these incidents developers now came with a new Android app which is manufactured specially for the safety of women. Looking at the increasing craze of Android phones this app has been developed and developers are the three engineers from Nasik. Women can use it at the times of emergency just by pressing a button above it.
This application can be downloaded for Android based Smartphone’s for free.
Features:
It is provided with many excellent features like users can raise an alarm by sending a text message along with the location details to a pre-allotted number. Not only that, the app keeps sending updated location to the number every ten minutes, making tracking easy. Developers of this application Gunwant Battashe (23), engineer Anup Unnikrishanan (24) and graphic designer Jayesh Bankar (23) claimed that if anytime a woman feel in trouble then she just has to press the button and a message will automatically be sent to her friends and relatives.
Additionally it carries one more interesting feature that you can also record the incident in case to show it as a proof in court.
We should hats off to the trio as its about safety and when its bout safety we don’t want to left any stone unturned.
